NINE BEATS Collective is back this autumn for UK mini tour, Sunfire, Muscle, & Bone. Exploring the Bible sayings known as ‘the beatitudes’, the Collective will gather to bring music, heart-felt stories, spoken word poetry and ancient spiritual wisdom to venues in Norwich, Leeds, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Sheffield, and central London.

Steve Bassett, founder and Creative Director of NINE BEATS Collective reflects: “The beauty of NINE BEATS is that we have a gloriously wide canvas to create from. As writers, musicians, creatives, theologians, we’re united in exploring the idea that these ancient sayings, spoken by Jesus, might offer us all a nine-statement manifesto for a new world order, a way of recovery – a way of life and a counter cultural narrative for our times. It’s fun to write out of that!”

Each gig will be moulded to the venue and community in which they take place, from a solo, unplugged performance in Edinburgh and Leeds to the diverse set list performed by the whole band in Norwich, Birmingham, Sheffield and London.
