PUT ON YOUR CLIMBING SHOES
The Storydwelling rendition of Put On Your Climbing Shoes, by Heatherlyn and by Matt Patrick – from the Library Recording Studio, Minneapolis, MN.
This song is written in honor of Dr. King, his visionary work and in honor of those who have devoted and are devoting themselves to the struggle for equality and freedom. This recording project has been surrounded by a steadfast community of supporters. We hope it will continue to inspire us to build true community, to never be afraid of our neighbor and to have courage to make friends of our enemies.

JACK RIDDLE by Melissa Marley Bonnichsen
Here’s a song from the forthcoming Storydwelling album! As I recall, my good friend, Melissa was inspired by her encounter with the real Mister Jack Riddle when she was in West Virginia on a service learning trip with a group of students. She entered his story, listened deeply with her heart and wanted to share Jack’s story with others. This song has touched the hearts of so many of our unhoused neighbors, brothers and sisters we have met around the country. It means a lot to hear someone singing a story that has so much resonance with your own.
